Day 3 Porto Koufo – Gulf of Sykia

The Gulf of Sykia is quite big with adequate depths at its center, where you can anchor easily on the sandy seabed’s. You will come across traditional beach taverns. The name Sykia that was given to the area has many origins. Some say it was given due to the shadow forming on sunrise from Mount Athos, others say it is from the unique taste of the figs growing in its valley.
Day 4 Gulf of Sykia – The island of Diaporos
It is a magnificent island situated on a private bay and surrounded by a natural forest, one of the last unexploited areas of Chalkidiki. Sailing in Chalkidiki is a fact that explains its astonishingly pure beauty. Diaporos is right across Vourvourou village in the Sithonia peninsula. With a few adorable houses here and there, it’s a place worth exploring. There are many reefs where one can snorkel in the crystal clear water. Diaporos belongs to a complex of islets together with Kalogria, Ambelitsi, Kalamonisia, Prassonisi, Peristera, Agios Isodoros. One can explore the several secluded coves surrounded by pine trees and sandy beaches. There’s no particular difficulty along the route, the waters are clear, and the depths are suitable for anchoring.
Day 5 The island of Diaporos – The island of Amouliani –Ormos Panagias

You can swim in Alikes (Gulf of Tsarki). In the main port of the island, there is no access to water or electricity. Amouliani village is worth a visit.
